On October 12 - 14th, Worcester, Massachusetts will be obliterated by three days of music, monsters, and mayhem.

Horror geeks from around the globe will unite at Worcester\'s DCU Center & Palladium for Rock and Shock 2007: a celebration of all-things horror. This festival, which is currently celebrating its fourth year, marks a one-of-a-kind event that conveniently brings the horror industry to its die-hard fans. During the day, festival-goers will have the opportunity to rub (and cut) elbows with horror film legends, watch some up-and-coming horror films, and chat it up with a multitude of merchandise vendors. At night, the festival moves over to the neighboring Palladium, where some of hard-rock/metal\'s biggest acts take the stage to deliver head-splitting, brutal performance that would even make Michael Myers wince.

This year promises to be Rock and Shock\'s grandest showing yet. Some of the celebrities scheduled to appear include:

\"Shawnee

Shawnee Smith - Saw trilogy, The Island.

\"William

William Forsythe - Halloween 2007, The Devil\'s Rejects

\"Candyman\"

Tony Todd - Candyman, Final Destination

\"Tony

Tony Moran (The Original Michael Myers) - Halloween 1 and 2

\"Crazy

The Crazy Babysitter Twins - Grindhouse, The Black Waters Of Echo\'s Pond

...and tons more! Check out the complete list of celebrity guests here .

On the music side of the festival, Bury Your Dead and Wednesday 13 will be sharing the stage on Friday, October 12th. Type O Negative, Mushroomhead, and Lordi will be causing all sorts of unstoppable chaos on Saturday, October 13th.
