We're back, new and improved! The third installment of the weekly indie game update series, this article showcases a new feature: Belatedness!
All awful jokes aside, Weekly Indie Game Updates will be posted Monday morning from here on out. In all honesty, you guys don't care about that, do you? You just want some awesome games to get for cheap!

Again, we visit the chaps at Wolfire and post some interesting news. Apparently, they've managed to get a few blobs to walk around, get t-shirts made, make a free payment method and got David to speak! This is going to be a large article.
First order of business is the procedural animation video they posted. Apparently, all movement in OverGrowth will be mathematically calculated, to make a "true" movement sensation. I, for one, thought that some of these examples were quite funny!
Check it out:
Next, believe it or not--Wolfire t-shirts! Yes, the bastards actually got people to make their t-shirts for them. What's next? Are they going to offer a way to buy Overgrowth without actually paying?
They did! Using Trialpay, customers can sign up for free trials or the like and get Overgrowth for free! Customers can do any manner of things--from signing up to a free netflix trial to signing up for a credit card! Other options could be sending flowers--and the great part is, most of it is free! That's right--you can get Overgrowth for FREE.
Finally, we actually get to hear David Rosen's voice. It's odd, really, how knowing what someone sounds like instantly puts an awkwardness into online chats. David Rosen actually somewhat reviewed World of Goo, and mentioned all the ways it beat him (which really isn't hard--2DBoy beats everyone). Check it out!
Touch Grind is a multi-touch fingerboarding iPhone game! I quote:
Just like in real skateboarding or fingerboarding, Touchgrind is a game of skill that takes 10 minutes to understand but weeks of lectures, boring meetings and family dinners to master. Learn the tricks and impress your buddies.
The innovative finger controls together with true physics simulation let you pull off tricks like ollies, shuvits, kickflips, heelflips, impossibles, 5-0, 50-50, crooks, smithgrinds, boardslides, tailslides, darkslides etc in endless combinations.
Built on experience from the massive hits Labyrinth and iPint, Illusion Labs now brings you this killer game that will keep you boarding for hours and hours.
It looks insanely fun, and if I were to somehow receive an iPod Touch in the mail from a nice reader, I'd buy it first thing.
