Snow Patrol's A Hundred Million Suns may not have been our favorite album of 2008, but there's no denying the commercial appeal of these British rockers. Suns has already sold over 100,000 copies in both their native land and here in the States. Not quite as ground breaking as their multi-million selling Eyes Open, but still nothing to scoff at. Recently Gary Lightbody and the rest of the boys from Snow Patrol sat down to do a live session with Yahoo music. Check out the video of the song "Crack the Shutters" after the jump.
