VALVe time is a sort of internet meme. Basically, it revolves around the fact that VALVe almost never sticks to schedule. For example, the phrase "in the coming days" more likely means "in a few months." Of course, "in a few months" might mean "whenever it's done."
Sometimes, however, VALVe is early. For example, the phrase "in a few days" might mean "today." However, the phrase "today" might mean "in a few weeks." It gets confusing.
