If Love is Deaf is a love story, you can say it's a strange one. Written and directed by Andrew Kenneth Gay, it starts with a man in a tuxedo (John-William Wright) washing up ashore from the sea. In a weird happenstance, he finds a beautiful deaf woman (Michelle Wargo) sitting alone in a wedding gown. What are the chances? It ends just at the right moment, the right way: coyly.
