Win the First Season of 'The Deadliest Warrior' on DVD!

deadliestwarriorcontestTo celebrate one the most hilariously odd television series to come out of Spike TV, JustPressPlay is giving away The Deadliest Warrior: Season One on DVD. Ever wondered who would win in a fight between a knight and a pirate? How about between the Yakuza and the Mafia? Or a Spartan and a Ninja? That’s right, a Spartan and a Ninja. Or heck, how about an Apache against a gladiator? Okay, so maybe these pairings never crossed your mind, but now that they have, aren’t you curious?

Well be curious no longer! Like any contest on JustPressPlay, winning is easy. All you have to do is follow us on Twitter and tweet the following message. You only have to tweet it once, but you can tweet it once a day until the contest ends for multiple chances to win.

Again, the steps are:

1) Follow JustPressPlay on Twitter

2) Tweet one of the following two messages at us (depending on which format you want to win it in):

@JustPressPlay I've often dreamt of Ninjas and Spartans fighting to the death. Give it to me on DVD.

Contest ends on June 9, 2010 at midnight.

“Deadliest Warrior” pits history’s greatest warriors against one another to determine, once and for all, who reigns supreme.  To collect data on these legends of combat, the series features a fight club that consists of series regulars Geoff Desmoulin, a biomedical engineer and karate black belt who uses high-tech sensors to collect the data; ER doctor and MMA physician, Dr. Armand Dorian, who analyzes the lethal potential of each attack on the human body; and computer whiz, Max Geiger, who tracks all the test findings to ultimately run in a battle simulation program.  Along with the use of 21st century science and the latest in CGI technology, the series enlists warrior-specific, world-class fighters and experts to provide insight into what makes these combatants tick, analyzing every facet of their unique skills of destruction, culminating in a head-to-head final fight between two legends of the battlefield that will produce the deadliest warrior.

He's a TV junkie with a penchant for watching the same movie six times in one sitting. If you really want to understand him you need to have grown up on Sgt. Bilko, Alien, Jurassic Park and Five Easy Pieces playing in an infinite loop. Recommend something to him - he'll watch it.
