I'm not one to usually tout a deal on Amazon, but my love for this trilogy as perhaps the best to come out of the first decade of the new millennium makes this a no-brainer. Right now you can get The Bourne Trilogy on Blu-ray for $34.99 on Amazon. For me this was technically a double-dip (assuming replacing movies I already own on DVD counts) but it's easily worth it. While The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum are the better of the three, for my money (and possibly yours) you can't argue with the car chase scene in The Bourne Identity.
But the best part of this trilogy? It was the series that put Damon out in the open as an actor capable of just about anything. Even I smirked a little at the idea of Damon as an action superstar but this series puts it all to rest.
Like a lot of people I was holding out to see if Paul Greengrass would make another, but with the continually bad news on both the participation of Matt Damon and Greengrass, I think the time for waiting is over. So go! Get your copy of this kick-ass trilogy for a significantly reduced price (it's normally $70).
