Did you see Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan? If not you should, because it's a tremendous cinematic experience - and you might want to avoid watching this next video. It can't be said that it spoils things in terms of plot, but seeing the visuals out of context certainly won't help you appreciate the film when you watch it all the way through. Who couldn't help but stare in awe in that final moment when feathers just begin growing into full bloom on Natalie Portman?
For those of us that have seen it and want to take a walk down memory lane, Fox has released the visual effects reel for the film, highlighting all the cool little details that went into the film and made it the mind-bending thing that it is. You could argue seeing the graphics mapped out like this sort of kills the movie magic, but you can just as easily argue that it helps you to appreciate all the technical skill that goes into making a movie such as this all the more striking in its skewing of reality with hallucination.

What do you think? Did it ruin the wonderment the film inspires? Or can you rewatch it in a few months with renewed appreciation?
