For those of you eagerly awaiting the upcoming installment in Wes Craven's Scream series, here's one final TV spot to hold you over until the world premiere this coming Monday, April 11th. If you're really eager to catch the premiere you can watch it streamed online here starting at 6:30pm PST. Starring Courteney Cox, Anna Paguin, Kristen Bell, Hayden Panettiere, David Arquette, Neve Campbell, Allison Brie, and Emma Roberts, SCRE4M (Scream 4) opens April 15, 2011.

Titled "Reveal", the ominous voice over tells us what any horror fan knows, you've gotta wait until the end to find out who the killer is. How novel, and yet I can't help but hope that this fourth installment of the Scream saga gets back to the original film's quality.

Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) comes face to face with her greatest fear after returning home to Woodsboro and getting caught in the center of another bloodbath in this sequel from director Wes Craven and screenwriter Kevin Williamson.
