New Images from Paul W.S. Anderson's 'The Three Musketeers'

If you found nothing wrong with Paul W.S. Anderson's ventures into the Resident Evil world (past the first film, which wasn't too bad), and if you're not bored to tears with the sheer volume of adaptations of Alexandre Dumas's The Three Musketeers, then this is for you. Summit released some new images from the upcoming Anderson helmed Musketeer film, and I swear it's not just be, but all of the images are slightly tilted. It's like the camera man has a left leg that's just slightly shorter than his right. Normally I'd say it's impossible to replace Tim Curry as Cardinal Richelieu, but if anyone can do it, it's Christoph Waltz (who was the only good thing in the recent Water for Elephants).

If you're like the rest of the world, and the Resident Evil series was a downward spiral of disappointment, then it's hard to be excited for this one.

The Three Musketeers is directed by Paul W. S. Anderson and stars Logan Lerman, Milla Jovovich (surprise!), Matthew Macfadyen, Ray Stevenson, Luke Evans, Mads Mikkelson, Gabriella Wilde, Juno Temple with Orlando Bloom and Christoph Waltz.

Before we get to the pics, here's the synopsis:

The hot-headed young D’Artagnan (Logan Lerman) joins forces with three rogue Musketeers (Matthew MacFadyen, Luke Evans and Ray Stevenson) in this reboot of Alexandre Dumas'  story.  They must stop the evil Richlieu (Christoph Waltz) and face off with Buckingham (Orlando Bloom) and the treacherous Milady (Milla Jovovich).
