"The Kids in the Hall" DVD Megaset Giveaway

kids_in_the_hall_banner

The Kids in the Hall, one of the greatest sketch comedy shows of all time, is getting a DVD rerelease from A&E. Sleeker, slimmer packaging and the addition of The Kids in the Hall: Death Comes to Town miniseries make this, quite literally, the true megaset of The Kids in the Hall television. Unless they can find a way sometime in the future to throw in Brain Candy as well, then this is it. This is the the set for fans of the show. Lay down your Saturday Night Live and, yes, even Monty Python's Flying Circus (it's pure genius, but bear with us), and indulge in the consistently spot-on antics of this 5-man Canadian troupe known as The Kids in the Hall. Whether you're a fan or a first-timer, you'll find this is one of the funniest shows you'll ever watch. Ever.

This set will be hitting shelves on May 24th, and JustPressPlay has one DVD copy to give away to a lucky reader. For a chance to win, just keep reading.

Right here, normally, we'd post a blurb about what the show is. This time, beyond just telling you that The Kids in the Hall consists of Dave Foley, Bruce McCulloch, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney, and Scott Thompson, we're going to give you a bunch of clips from the show.

To win you just have to do two things...

1) "Like" JustPressPlay on Facebook (or click "Like" on the Facebook box in the right-hand column)

2) On our Facebook wall, just comment on our Kids in the Hall Megaset DVD Giveaway post.

The contest ends on May 26th, 2011. One entry per person. Many will enter few will win. By few, we mean 1. Entry for contest must be left on the Facebook post specific to this contest, all entries left loosely on our Facebook wall will be deleted.

He's a TV junkie with a penchant for watching the same movie six times in one sitting. If you really want to understand him you need to have grown up on Sgt. Bilko, Alien, Jurassic Park and Five Easy Pieces playing in an infinite loop. Recommend something to him - he'll watch it.
