The track listing for the upcoming sequel to the award winning Rock Band game has recently been announced by developer Harmonix, and believe me it's staggering. The new game will feature 75 songs ranging from an eclectic array of rock and roll genres.
The list of songs, spanning from the 1960's to present day, is highlighted by a never before released Gun N' Roses song titled "Shackler's Revenge." Who would have guessed that music video games would end up being a medium unto which popular artists would end up releasing material on?
The remaining 74 songs are just as impressive; from Alanis Morissette to Bob Dylan, AC/DC to Linkin Park, the new rock band looks as if it has it all. Not only is the new play list utterly expansive, the new Rock Band will also give players the ability to transfer songs they purchased on the original installment unto the new version of the game. Pretty sweet deal if I do say so myself. Check out the complete track listing below.
