Are you like Aaron Cox? A guy who can’t seem to get over his ex but makes up for it with great volleyball skills. Or are you like Jake Jawbronski who gets all the ladies using a sinfully working tactical list. You’re a good looking hot headed guy who goes by certain credentials. You only look for Double D’s, the bigger the tits the better and nothing smaller. Ignore the girls cause the bitches like that and finally don’t ever ask for a number because you seem desperate only ask for their e-mail. The question raised by Jake to Aaron is…What’s Your Tactic?

This low-budget movie is about volleyball, lost love, a roommate that won’t wear anything but pink and white and is apparently straight too and a meathead who gets all the ladies while being an asshole. Aaron (who is played by Neil Kubath) has problems and his best friend Jonny is trying to help his slump along with his v-ball partner Jake who is a chick magnet through his lax arrogant style. Jake tries in his own way to help Aaron with giving him his guide called Jake’s How-To where he gives him the winner tactics that he has used. Only go for the DD’s, Ignore them cause they love chasing you and ask for their e-mail instead of their number cause it gives you the upper hand.

Aaron attempts all these styles but to no avail and even gets nailed in the jewels for one of his attempts. He loses his focus and it starts to affect his game until his friend and rival v-ball player “The Christian Fury” gives him some advice and even though it is weird it helps him out and he just starts to be himself. He meets a girl named Angie and they hit it off but, Aaron starts to focus on her and it affects his game and pisses Jake off.

This movie does itself some credit with the humor it gives you. The awkward storyline with the friend Jonny who is seemingly not gay yet only wears white pants and pink vibrant shirts and calls himself “The Sexy Secretary”. “The Christian Fury” gives an awkward vibe kind of a Clockwork Orange type of creepiness but is a character that helps the main story progress along with his v-ball partner Mable who talks about how much Jake’s sister likes anal and constantly yells BEER! BEER! BEER!. Honestly he is my favorite character. He is the guy on the front in the chick bikini.

The movie is half and half. It is a decent comedy but strays away and gives a hard to fallow storyline. The character acting is relatively weak but the supporting characters (Mable & “The Christian Fury”) help the movie move along but it still has a slow pace that seems forced at times. The comedy is funny and I laughed throughout the movie but there were dead zones within the movie where I turned to my CPU and started playing a game or surfing the net till a better scene came on.

All in all it is worth checking out for at least a rental. Thecomedy is good but the story and acting is relatively weak but better than most B and C styled movies that are out, you know crap like Lake Placid 2 yeah it is WAY better than that. Check it out you might find a cult it here.
