I already started itching reading the email subject for the press release, but I braved on to see what this is all about. It turns out to be... Well, exactly what a "sing along edition" sounds like. Yes, friendos, this new version will have the lyrics to all the musical numbers in the movie printed on screen, and you—yes, YOU—are invited to jump up and sing along. Dance, too, so long as you have the necessary leg room. Is this fanservice, or terrorism? You decide. The list of theaters and showtime will be posted shortly on the film's official website (www.mammamiamovie.com). 'Til then, just mark August 29 on your calendar, as that will be Mamma Mia!: The Sing Along Edition's release date. Since the film's July 18th release, Mamma Mia! has grossed over $320 million worldwide. Now if you'll excuse me, I have an appointment with some ointments.

Due to the fact that I'm allergic to ABBA, I regretfully couldn't go see Mamma Mia!, regardless of the swell cast. I can't help it, whenever I hear a full verse of "Dancing Queen" I start to break into hives in areas you wouldn't believe. According to our own Marie Constance,
