Here's a DVD extra to look forward to. Seth Rogen told MTV that during the filming of Pinapple Express, they shot some scenes for the DVD that would provide lots of extra hoots.

Apparently it's just a bunch of their famous friends buying weed from Franco's drug dealer character.

“We filmed a lot of different actors we know just going and buying weed from Saul,” Rogen said. “Justin Long, Martin Starr, Judd Apatow, that one was actually pretty funny. Bill Hader.”

If you've seen the film, you'll remember the opening scene where the government tests the effects of marijuana in a secret facility by having Bill Hader smoke a lot of it. They shot this scene with a number of actors, as well, all playing test subjects in the marijuana chamber.

Apatow's movies always have fun extras in some form or another. Because the gang likes to shoot scenes improv-style, there are plenty of leftovers for the DVD, and they're used to just bringing other comedians they know to shoot the shit in front of a camera. Remember when Michael Cera was "supposed" to star in Knocked Up?

By the way, even after having seen the film, that poster still cracks me up.
