This replica of Christian Bale's Batman suit in The Dark Knight is labeled as a motorcycle leather gear, but I doubt that would stop certain non-riding fans from buying it anyway. Universal Designs is currently in development of this amazing looking officially-license replica.

The product page describes it as having strong Cordura Mesh base with heavy-duty 4 way stretch spandex inserts, removable CE approved body armor in both jacket and pants, removable lightweight interior lining, form molded leather and Kevlar armor sectons and made from quality tanned cow hides. I don't think Bruce Wayne will approve of this, but at least they're not hockey pads.

The gear consists of jacket, pants, boots and gloves. So I suppose you don't HAVE to dress up like Batman all the time. I think the jacket alone is pretty badass, as long as you don't accidentally swing your arms and blind someone.

They haven't announced a price yet, but expect it to be very expensive.
