Heavy metal fans: embrace Century. These guys get it done and run on all cylinders in this destructive and wicked metal rock blend. Black Ocean is Century\'s debut album with new record label Prosthetic.
Century is nonstop, balls to the walls even on the very first song "Pantheon" which is exhilarating to say the least. Each song has a noticable flow to which the band makes the listener feel like they are having a concert personally played for them and adds to this effect with great double bass and heavy deep singing.
The music on Black Ocean is profound and made my 2008 music expectations extremely high. Move over and make room for Black Ocean on your CD rack and/or iPod: Century have just opened a can of metal loving whoop ass and I can only hope and pray that their next album hits me in the mouth as hard as this one did.
