It seems like everyone is getting a say on Soulja Boy these days, and with the exception of Soulja Boy himself, everyone seems to think he's garbage. (hmm.) The latest to weigh in is none other than Method Man. Method Man appeared on Phoenix radio station Power 98.3's The Nutz in the Morning show to lend his thoughts.

"Ice-T is an OG he don't need to be even addressing nothing like that but he felt the need to address it for the love of Hip Hop and all that and I respect that. But him being the status that he's at he shouldn't be addressing someone like Soulja Boy - nor should Snoop Dogg," he said. "But (Soulja Boy) is out there like that. If he wasn't put out there like he was the truth I don't think anyone would have a problem with him like that. Because lyrically he's not the truth that's no secret."

But don't think he's chastising Ice-T, and taking Soulja Boy's side. He cleared that up quickly.

"Don't get me wrong though...I'm not bigging up Soulja Boy. I think the nigga sucks too! I think he's garbage. I don't think everybody should be blaming him for the state of Hip Hop right now. It's not solely his fault."

 First of all I don't apperciate people hating on Soulja Boy he don't go around saying nothing about yall. Soulja Boy is 17 years old and Method Man is about 30 that is so childesh for real but I really don't care who says what about Soulja Boy I still will support hiz music and buy all hiz cd's for real. I love you Soulja Boy continue doing you because i'll allways love your music.

Souljaboy actually opened these rappers eyes to what really matters.Making music without worrying what people think or how much its gonna sell! Just making music for the good of it, to entertain people. If these dirty rappers are dishing s**t on a another rapper cuz of his music, then I should say they are the ones killing hip-hop! The whole point of hip-hop is to come together as a united team making music with a cool style and making a name for hip-hop, not talikng all this crap that goes nowhere! f*ck Method Man! He just need to shut up and worry about his own bussiness!

Soulja Boy does not, nor has he ever done hip-hop. Hip-hop is dirived from lyrical content. The fact that he music is marketed towards kids is prpbaly my biggest beef. How can you condone telling kids to "Superman That Hoe"

Nothing Hes doing is new. Its basically crunk and bullsh*t mixed into one. D4L did th exact same the when they made Lafft Taffy. same concept. Simple beat, lyrics that degrade women, and rhymes that you can find on seasme street, with some random swear words thrown in.

To hell with Soulja Boy. Music comes with a responsibility. you have to realize these words affect those who listen. and Im sorry to be blunt, But all Soulja Boys Music does is teach kids how to act like Coons! seriously.
