There's bad news for the fine people of South Park, Colorado, they'll no longer be able to hire Toto to usher in the grand opening of a new coffee shop. According to both guitarist Steve Lukather and vocalist Bobby Kimball, after 31 years together Toto is officially no more.

Steve Lukather, the only member to stay with the band all 31 years, has quit Toto to better focus more on his promising solo career.

"I just can't do it anymore and at 50 years old I wanted to start over and give it one last try on my own," stated Lukather on his personal website.

"Honestly, I have just had enough. This is NOT a break. It is over. I really can't go out and play 'Hold The Line' with a straight face anymore."

Toto sold over 30 million records over three decades and scored a #1 hit with the song "Africa" in 1982. Steve Lukather's solo career is still going strong though, to check out our review of his newest album Ever Changing Times, click here.
