If you could pick one band that you'd like to see with a full orchestra behind them, M83 just might be that band. Frontman Anthony Gonzalez's lush dream pop style soundscapes aided by the full sweeping sounds of a philharmonic orchestra would be like a dream come true to music fans across the globe. Well dream no more, Gonzalez has recently announced that M83 will perform with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles in March.

The show will be an interesting three piece set that will begin with (edit: will include in no particular order) the LA Orchestra performing by themselves, M83 performing their own material and then end with what should be a spectacular finish with the two groups of musicians playing together. This will be the first time M83 has ever performed with a full symphony orchestra.
