Garbage - Bleed Like Me Review

Garbage Fans will not be disappointed! Bleed Like me is everything we have come to expect from Garbage. Fans and New Comers will enjoy this Album. From the playful lyrics to the unique musical sound, this album is a complete package.

I\'m getting ahead of myself...

Garbage released there first official album in 1995, there first single “Queer”, followed by “only happy when it rains” and “Stupid Girl”. From there they fans eagerly awaited the bands next album, and when V2.0 was release with the single “Push it”, fans got exactly what they wanted. Beautiful Garbage, there third album, didn\'t have much radio air play but fans didn\'t even notice. It seemed like the band got better and better after every Album. Even people that had never heard of the band where stunned at the vocal talent of Sherly Manson when they did the James Bond theme for “The world is not enough”. Their sound is theirs and it\'s something they have fine tuned to perfection.

Not bad for a late night jam session between friends...

So ten years have gone by since that first CD and while some bands get bored and move on to different sounds, try new things, garbage has stayed true to their roots. Instead of trying to reinvent them selves, they came back and did what they have always done and then polished it till it was perfect.

There is a song on here for almost any one. Something slow try track 8, “it\'s all over but the crying”. How about sexual? Track 7, “Sex is not my enemy”. Fast? Track 4, “Why do you love me”. This Album is full of potential Radio hits, if the radio would embrace Bleed Like Me like they did their first album. The Album has been out for less then a month and already track 5, “Bleed like me”, has gotten ample airplay on the local college radio stations.

All the songs stand out and have potential to be the next hot single. I don\'t think they could have done anything to improve it. I mean, I could nit pick it, but changing anything this good would probably just ruin it.

It is amazing, Bleed like me surpassed my expectations. I didn\'t think Garbage is capable of putting out a bad album, but to keep such a high level of quality new material is very hard to do.

Just go buy it!

That could be the entire review, “Just Go Buy It!” It is one of the best releases I have heard this year!
